We are pleased to inform you that The National One Health Mission (NOHM), in collaboration with its organizing committee, is pleased to announce IDEA-ONE: National One Health Hackathon 2025—a prestigious national-level innovation challenge aimed at engaging India’s brightest young minds in developing multidisciplinary, technology-driven, and community-focused solutions to address the complex health challenges at the human–animal–environment interface.

Aligned with the vision of the Government of India to strengthen health security through the One Health approach, this hackathon seeks to foster innovation and collaboration among students from diverse disciplines, including medical, veterinary, environmental, engineering, agricultural, and social sciences. Participants will work in multidisciplinary teams to design practical and scalable prototypes that enhance India’s preparedness and response to challenges such as zoonotic diseases, antimicrobial resistance, climate-linked health risks, biosafety, and environmental health.
