The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, in alignment with the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047, has reimagined the National Youth Festival as the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD). The first edition (2024–25) was successfully conducted, bringing together young leaders from across the country to present their ideas and vision directly to the Hon’ble Prime Minister.

Building on the success of the first edition, the Quiz round of the 2nd Edition of VBYLD – 2026 has been launched on 1st September, 2025 through the MY Bharat (https://mybharat.gov.in/ ) and MyGov portals. This round will act as the initial gateway for participants to showcase their knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment to nation-building.
