The Department of MCA aims at exploring cutting edge technologies, inculcating applied research, scholarly inquiry through the knowledge to make an impact on the economic and social development of the nation.

Research and publication is an essential part of the Post Graduate program. Faculties have published papers and participated in conferences/seminars. Furthermore, Research has been carried out in the department by faculties in various areas like Data Mining, Software Engineering, Network Security, Mobile Communication, etc.

The consultancy activities include Product Development that supports major academic & commercial requirements, External consultancy and conducting Training Programmes for the technical knowledge enhancement of the students.
