Department of Higher Education, Government of India, vide its communication No. M.11018/12/2026-CDN dated 05.06.2026, has forwarded information regarding KALANTAR-2026 – Annual Art Festival, being organized by the Kalantar Art Foundation.

The festival aims to promote creativity, artistic expression, skill development and holistic learning among students through participation in various national-level competitions. The event will feature competitions in diverse art forms including:

• Painting
• Sculpture Making
• Creative Writing
• Singing
• Dancing
• Acting
• Other performing and visual arts

The online submission of entries is scheduled from 01st July, 2026 to 15th August, 2026 through the
KALANTAR festival website (https://kalantarart.org ).
